Experience
As a clinical psychologist I have trained extensively in individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, non-profits, schools, and college counseling centers.
My therapeutic approach is informed by my humanistic and psychodynamic training. I also draw from other modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness.
Coaching, particularly Executive Functioning (EF) coaching, is another facet of my work that I greatly enjoy. I am happy to support clients of all ages with EF coaching, each tailored to their individual goals.
I received my PsyD from William James College in Boston in 2017. I completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente Psychiatry Department in San Rafael in 2019. I became licensed in 2020 (CA PSY 31718).
